compensation is simple – our clients should
always know exactly who they are paying, how
much, and what value they are getting in
return.“
Our only form of compensation is fees paid
directly to us by each client. We charge a
quarterly fee based on a percentage of
assets under advisement, which is
comprehensive for all of our services. It
includes initial and ongoing financial
planning, investment strategy, investment
selection, on-going investment due diligence
and meeting time.
Our clients employ investment
strategies that range from Growth to Income and
all points in-between. Our Fee Schedule is based
on the value of the account and features a rate
that declines as the value of an account
increases − providing valuable savings to our
clients. Many discover that the fee for our
services is materially offset by the savings we
achieve in reduced brokerage commissions and the
elimination of mutual fund fees and hidden
expenses.

As a pure solutions provider, our interest is
entirely aligned with that of each client. We do
not sell financial products, nor do we receive
any compensation from commissions. We do not
collect any fees from trading activity in our
client’s accounts, nor do we receive any fees
from mutual fund or insurance companies.
Unlike industry practice, there are no hidden
fees or investment costs that silently erode
your assets. With us everything is simple to
understand, out in the open, and can be easily
reconciled. Prospective clients are welcome to
have their CPA or estate planning attorney
review the integrity of our pricing model.
Is There A Charge For The First Meeting?
No. We believe that a prospective client
should not have to write a check to find out if
we can help them. A casual 30 minute meeting is
generally a good starting point for you to learn
about our approach and fees and for us
to determine if our services can best meet your
needs.
Do You Charge Hourly Fees?
No. Fees for our services are included in
the investment management fees. Although
frequently asked, we discourage one-off
consulting projects for non-prospective clients
because it reduces the time we spend monitoring existing
clients' needs and their portfolios.
